- Société Générale: "Not just an employer, a part of my life". Our project concerns the HR area, when it involves the non-profit sector in employing staff. Generally, we would like to introduce the temporary placement of surplus labour force, working mothers and university graduates into NGOs. This transfer would soften the unpleasant redundancies, avoid stress of working mothers and provide neccessary experience for graduates.
